Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@holilume.com within 12 hours of placing your purchase. We begin processing orders promptly, so requests made after this timeframe may not be eligible for cancellation. Any changes to your shipping address or other order details must also be made within 6 hours of purchase.

 

Returns

We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition you received it, complete with tags, and returned in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at info@holilume.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide further instructions, including the correct return address. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Please include your order receipt or proof of purchase and a return tracking number. Refunds cannot be processed without a valid tracking number. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Please be aware that a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Some models of our watches come with the manufacturer’s name on them, so please double-check with our customer representative before making your purchase.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are final and not eligible for return.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund transaction.
